Leave management software with policies you set
Leave management software tracks time off: what each person is entitled to, who asked, who approved and what is left. In Ergenza, leave types, how balances build up, holiday calendars and legal minimum entitlements are settings your company chooses, and every request goes to an approver. Ergenza is in early access.
What your company sets up
Nothing about leave is fixed in the software. Your HR team defines the rules once and they apply to every request.
- Leave types, such as annual, sick or parental leave
- How each balance builds up over time
- Holiday calendars
- Legal minimum entitlements, as settings rather than fixed rules
- Approval chains with one or more approvers
How a request works
An employee applies from self-service and sees their balance first. The request goes to the approver, and the decision is kept in the history of changes.
- Employees see balances before they apply
- Approvers approve or decline in the app
- Tax rules for unused-leave payouts are settings in payroll
Questions and answers
- Can leave rules differ by country?

- Can employees apply for leave themselves?

- Is leave management available now?
- Ergenza is in early access. Every account is reviewed and approved by hand, and paid plans include a 30-day free trial with no card.
