Company-set payout rules and a smoother path from offer to hire
- Companies can now choose how end-of-service payments and unused-leave payouts are taxed
- Payroll previews keep a saved record of how every figure was calculated
- An accepted offer can be turned into an employee record in one step
- Recruiters can add applicants, track employee referrals and fill in details from a resume
- Notifications are sent in each person’s own language
