Privacy notice

Ergenza is in early access. This notice explains what personal information we handle through this website and the early-access programme. Customers who evaluate or use Ergenza receive a separate agreement that covers the employee data they put into the product.

What we collect

• Information you send us by email or through the early-access form, such as your name, work email, company and the reason you contacted us.
• Basic technical information our servers record when you visit, such as IP address and browser type.
• A theme preference (light or dark) stored in your own browser. This site does not use advertising cookies.

Language cookie and the early-access form

If you pick a language in the switcher in the site header, we store that choice in a small first-party cookie named NEXT_LOCALE. Its only purpose is to send you to your chosen language when you open the home page again; it is set only when you make that choice, never on a plain visit, and it is not used for tracking or advertising. It is kept for 180 days (SameSite=Lax, Secure), our legitimate interest being to remember a preference you expressed. You can clear it at any time in your browser's cookie settings, or by removing the NEXT_LOCALE cookie for ergenza.com. The early-access form keeps your IP address only briefly, to limit abuse (rate limiting), and it is not kept with your request.

How we use it

To reply to you, to arrange early-access evaluations, to keep the website secure and working, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Data in the product

Employee data that a customer stores in Ergenzabelongs to that customer and is processed on their instructions. The product supports data-subject export and erasure requests, filed by the customer's administrator.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@ergenza.com.

We will update this notice before general availability and show the date of the latest change above.
