Employee self-service portal for your whole team

An employee self-service portal lets staff handle routine HR tasks themselves instead of asking HR. In Ergenza, employees apply for leave, see their balances, ask for attendance corrections and update their own details. They see only their own records, and managers see their team. Ergenza is in early access.

What employees can do

Self-service covers the questions HR hears most, so those requests no longer need an email or a visit.

  • Apply for leave and see balances
  • Request an attendance correction
  • Update their own details
  • Raise a question with the HR helpdesk
  • Acknowledge published policies

Why it saves HR time

Requests reach the right approver directly and the decision is recorded. Employees open their own record only, and managers see their own team.

  • Routine requests go to the approver without HR in the middle
  • Every change is kept in the history
  • Access follows roles and access rules you set
